It is with great sadness that the family of Ancelmo "AJ" Adrian Cruces Jr. announces his passing after a tragic accident on Sunday, October 14, 2018, at the age of 19.  Ancelmo was born on April 15, 1999 in Cuero to Ancelmo R. and Francisca T. Cruces.  He graduated high school in 2018 and was a jack of all trades.  AJ  enjoyed fishing, spending time with family and friends, being active, and lifting weights.

Ancelmo will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Ancelmo R. and Francisca T. Cruces of Westhoff; sister, Angeles M. Cruces of Westhoff; and brother, Alfred Cruces of Westhoff.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Freund Funeral Home.  A service will follow at 6:30 pm with Pastor Terry Borwn officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to help with final expenses in memory of Ancelmo Cruces Jr.
