Angela "Angie" Draper, 53, of Abilene passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024. She was born November 13, 1970 in Hart, Michigan to the late Stanley Woodrow Draper and Janet Miller Woody. Angie could often be found in the kitchen as baking and cooking was one of her favorite things.  She enjoyed figuring out recipes for things she tried at restaurants, and was an exceptional copycat cook.  Angie loved her family and friends more than anything in the world, and could spend hours talking on the phone to catch up or just talk about the day.

Angie is survived by her fiancé, Thomas "Tommy" Anderson of Abilene; children, Kyria Beck and husband, Brice, of Abilene, Kaden Draper of San Angelo, Kody Draper, and wife, Dom of Abilene and Kamryn Draper of Abilene; brothers, Eric Draper, and wife, Dawn, of Cuero and Darrick Draper of Astoria, New York; stepfather, Al Woody of Abilene; stepchildren, Melea Anderson of Abilene, Epi Silva of Abilene, and Adrian Anderson of Abilene; and grandchildren, Kynlee, Adalyn, Emmett, Beau, Styles, Virginia, Elizabeth, Tristen, Miya, Marco, Emilie, and Liam.  She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley W. Draper; mother, Janet Woody; and brother, Brandon Lee Draper.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
