At the age of 96, she went to be with the Lord on September 7, 2015. Anna Bell was born on July 24, 1919 in Leander, Texas. She was the oldest of eleven children born to Carl J. and Lillie Ferrill Bolt.

Anna Bell is survived by daughter, Norma McFarland-Moore of Cuero, Texas; granddaughters, Stacy and husband Darrell Cordes of Cuero, Texas and Dona Wright of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by two brothers Carl Bolt and wife Mary, Judith Bolt and wife Joyce; and one sister Billy Jean and husband Gill Higgenbottom.

Anna Bell was preceded in death by parents Carl and Lillie Bolt, husbands Noble Leroy Fulkes and James R. (Bob) Lee; one son Norman Leroy Fulkes; three brothers Ray, Joel, and Jack; four sisters Valrea, Yvonne, Dorothy and Fay.

Private graveside services will be held on Monday, September 14, 2015 in Leander, Texas at Bagdad Cemetery beginning at 11 am.
