Armando C. Trigo, 52, of Cuero, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, in Victoria. He was born Aug. 12, 1957, in Nixon, to the late George S. Trigo and Manuela C. Trigo. He marries Rosa D. Trigo on July 14, 1979, in Floresville. He was a self-employed carpenter-labor.
He is survived by his wife; daughters, Rita D. Vanzandt, Amanda Sue Trigo, and Sarah Trigo; sons, Richard DeLeon and Armando Trigo Jr.; sisters, Mary Ann Ybarra and Mary Alice Trigo; brothers, Ralph Trigo, Lusio Trigo, Jesse George Trigo, Alex Trigo, Mario Ray Trigo, Mark Trigo, Adolph Trigo, Georgie Trigo Jr., and Ernest Trigo; grandchildren, Richard DeLeon Jr., Jeremiah James Vanzandt, Christina Cherie Trigo, and Isabel Marie Trigo.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry Trigo.
Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. with funeral service to begin at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, at Freund Funeral Home. Calvis Brooks will be officiating. Burial will be at Union Valley Cemetery in Nixon.
Pallbearers are Robert Guerra Jr., Salvador Pantoja, Patrick Saldana, Kenny Brooks, Adolfo Mendez Jr., and Hector Amaya.
Honorary pallbearers are Mark Mendez, Santiago Mendez, Ernest Juarez Jr., and Abel Lee Flores.
