Obituary
Betty Mae Vernon, 74, of Cuero passed away Sunday, August 5, 2012. She was born on May 15, 1938 in Cuero to Walter and Rosie Guenther Sigmund. She enjoyed Gardening and Quilting.
She is survived by her sister, Barbara Vernon and husband, Perry.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Waldine Vernon and brother, Sonny Sigmund.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 7, 2012 from 6-8 pm, at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 10 am at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Karl Biermann officiating. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Brandon Brewer, David Heibel, Virgil Vernon, Roger Krause, Jeff Zavesky, and Scotty Knox.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
