Billye Lorene Forge Albrecht, 77, of Cuero passed away Monday, May 21, 2012. She was born July 26, 1934 in Poteet to the late Alphons Forge and Vera Gladys Churchill Forge Stiles. She was a homemaker and served as President of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren and her great-grandbaby. She married Donald Ray Albrecht on February 19, 1955 in Cuero.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years; daughter, DeeAnn Watts and husband, Jim, of Pettus; son, Chris Albrecht and wife, Susie, of Victoria; sister, Patricia Forge Brister of Tulsa, OK; brother, Franz Rudolph 'Rudy' Forge of Poteet; grandchildren, Desiree Carpenter and husband, Brandon, of Victoria, Christopher Albrecht of Victoria, and Maison Zuber of Wharton; and great-grandchildren, Kamryn Carpenter.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Viewing will be Friday, May 25, 2012 beginning at 8 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home with Dr. Glenn Robertson officiating.

Honorary pallbearers include Christopher Albrecht, Maison Zuber, Jim Watts, Brandon Carpenter, and Michael Zuber.
