Bob Morrow, 82, of Cuero passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019.  He was born May 24, 1936 to the late Sam and Nora Adams Morrow in Stratton.  Bob was a United States veteran serving in both the Army Reserves and Navy.  He married Iris Buske at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Victoria on June 17, 1960.

Bob always had a good horse under him and a great dog by his side.  He was a hardworking cowboy, but could play harder and enjoyed libations from time to time.  Bob was a prideful man, but always fair.  Above all, family came first for Bob.  He enjoyed family get-togethers and cherished time spent playing with his great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Iris; daughters, Jenny (John) Matejek of Yoakum and Wendy (Robert) Bartek of Dripping Springs; son, Raley (Cathy) Morrow of Cuero; grandchildren, David (Kourtni) Morrow of Yoakum, Dustin (Mandy) Morrow of Goliad, Dylon (Katy) Morrow of Floresville, Sam (Lisa) Bartek of Addison, Matthew Bartek of College Station, Chris (Kaitlyn) Koenig of Lakeland, FL and Hannah (Chris) Carson of Cuero; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Demi, Jake and Masyn.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister; Nora Mae Karl and son-in-law; Allen Dale Koenig.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 16, 2019, 1 pm, at Freund Funeral Home.  Funeral Services to begin at 3 pm with Joe Adams officiating.  Interment to follow at Alexander Cemetery.

Pallbearers include David Morrow, Dustin Morrow, Dylon Morrow, Sam Bartek, Matthew Bartek and Chris Carson.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Chris Koenig, Hannah Carson, and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Freund Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
