Bobby J. Rickman, 43, of Victoria passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014. He was born November 24, 1971 in Paris, Illinois to Kitti I. Rickman and the late Arthur J. Rickman. He worked in maintenance, loved hunting and fishing, and took great pride in always putting his family first. He is survived by his mother, Kitti Rickman; stepfather, Sonny Hebert; fiancé, Kendra Hillard of Victoria; daughter, Brianna Nichole Rickman of Victoria; sons, Keith James Rickman of Terre Haute, Indiana, Shane Matthew Rickman of Victoria, and Dylan Reffett of Victoria; sisters, Patricia Michelle Neibarger and Penny Irene Heldemann and husband, Brian, all of Paris, Illinois; granddaughter, Gracie Hillard of Spokane, Washington; four nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Shane Shelton Cash. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, December 19, 2014, 10:00 a.m., at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Mission Valley Cemetery. Pallbearers include Devin Neibarger, Jake Neibarger, Dylan Reffett, Jim Hewitt, Dave Dye, and Clint Branstetter. Honorary pallbearers will be Brianna Nichole Rickman and Shane Matthew Rickman.
