Cynthia Ann Soliz, 50, of Yorktown passed away Friday, June 14, 2024.  She was born November 4, 1973 in Karnes City to Ernest and Emilia Cavazos Soliz.

She is survived by her mother, Emilia; her daughter, Ariel Cordaway; sons, Pete Cordaway, Michael Soliz and Angel Soliz; sister, Julie Bentura; brother, Benito Soliz, eight grandchildren and her caretaker, Yvonne Rios.

She was preceded in death by her father and son, Lee Cordaway.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 21, 2024, 9:00 AM at Freund Funeral Home with Funeral services beginning at 10:00 AM with Pastor David Aide officiating.  Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Michael Soliz, Pete Cordaway, Angel Soliz and Benito Soliz.

Memorial contributions may be made to Freund Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
