Dahlia "Fela" (Saenz) Navarro went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 9, 2014. She was born May 18, 1937 to Faustino II and Genoveva Saenz in Yorktown, Texas.

Dahlia is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Esteban C. Navarro of Cuero ; daughters, Rita Reis husband Robert; and Mary G Navarro; grandson, Nathan Reis; brothers, Faustino Saenz Jr. wife Delia, Roger Saenz wife Modene, and Armando Saenz wife Linda; sister, Mary Torres husband Robert.

She is preceded by her parents and infant sister, Lydia.

Dahlia loved her family, had the most contagious smile, and was always willing to put others first. She enjoyed family photo albums, classic movies, word puzzles, and her coffee with hazelnut cream.

Visitation for Dahlia will be on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 6-8 pm with a Rosary at 7 at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church 5231 Meadow Creek Dr., Dallas, TX 75248. Interment will occur on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Hillside Cemetery in Cuero, TX.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dahlia's honor to the Dravet Syndrome Foundation or to All Saints Catholic School, Dallas, TX.
