Obituary
David Kenneth Coker, 73, of Corpus Christi, formerly of Cuero, passed away Friday, August 15, 2014. He was born November 20, 1940 in Tampa, FL to the late Tilden C. Coker, Sr., and Viola Mauer Coker. David graduated from Cuero High School in 1959. He worked for Buchel Bank, Southern Pacific R.R., and retired from Koch Refining after 26 years. Kenneth loved his dogs and was active in the Lost Pet Hotline which worked to reunite lost pets and their owners.
He is survived by brother, Charles Coker (Peggy) of Cuero; niece, Sheryl Rauch (Mickey) of Cuero; nephew, Larry Coker (Melanie); great-nephews, Matthew Rauch (Stephanie), Marshall Rauch, and Christian Coker; and great, great-niece, Addelyn Rauch of Cuero.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private service will be held at Hillside Cemetery at a later date.
