Miss Delia Ann Hysquierdo, 60, of Cuero passed away Friday, August 13, 2021. She was born on November 25, 1960 in DeWitt County to Charlie and Ophelia Villarreal Hysquierdo. She loved the outdoors, her plants and enjoyed watching her animals grow. She treasured the time spent with loved ones. Her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren play sports and cheering them on!

She is survived by her daughter, Ophelia Ann Sanchez Vasquez; son, Joe C. Sanchez and Joel R. Sanchez; grandchildren, Nolan and Naudia Sanchez, Kamelia and Angelo Vasquez, Skyler Sanchez, Joel Sanchez Jr. and Charlie Sanchez.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 19, 2021, 9 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Funeral Services beginning at 10 AM with Father Jacob Mendoza officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery. Masks are required as well as Social Distancing.

Pallbearers include Joe C. Sanchez, Joel R. Sanchez, Skyler Sanchez, Joel Sanchez Jr., Eric Vasquez and Cyril Ramon.
