Donald "Duck" Leslie Burden, age 60, of Cuero passed on March 4, 2013 in San Antonio, TX. He was born, November 7, 1952, in Cuero, TX to Leslie and Laura Bell Burden.

He is survived by four daughters: DeShanna Clay of San Antonio, Laura Nell Burden, Desirea Burden, and Shania Burden all of Cuero. Four grandchildren: Braelen Dubose of Cuero, Jamil Burden of Victoria, and Makensie and Makayla Clay of San Antonio. Two sisters: Shirley Thomas and Cherry Bradley of Houston, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Laura Bell Burden; Sisters, Barbara Richerson and Linda Pickens; Brother, Kelly Richerson, and son Kennan Burden.

Visitation will be held from 6:00pm-8:00pm, Friday, March 8, 2013 at Freund Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, March 9, 2013 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. William F. Nichols, Jr. officiating.
