Dorothy Stock Worsham, 87, of Cuero, passed away Friday, December 29, 2017. She was born August 23, 1930 in Shiner to the late Arnold F. Stock and Emma Flessner. Dorothy married the love of her life, Charles Worsham, in 1954 in Cuero. Dorothy enjoyed many years of taking care of her customers at The Doll House. She enjoyed spending her time in her garden, cooking and baking, and was an avid reader.
Dorothy is survived by her sisters, Gloria Harryman and Sharon Pargmann both of Cuero; brother, Arnold W. Stock of Cuero; grandchildren, Marcus Wallace of Cuero and Cody Wallace of Livermore, CA; great-grandchildren, Ryder and Everly Wallace of Livermore, CA and Avery Wallace of Selma.
She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 52 years; daughter, Debra Ann Wallace and husband, Benny Wallace; sisters, Edna Marie Stock and Benita Junker; nephews, Randall Stock and Cole Pargmann.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Barbara Jacob and all the girls at Cuero Public Library, Janice Ford and all the staff at Cuero C.A.M.E.L. House, and Accolade Hospice and Staff.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 2, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will immedatly follow at 2 p.m. at Fruend Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Ricky Harryman, Cory Pargmann, Steven Stock, Devyn Harryman, Jacob Stock and Ryan Bitterly. Honorary Pallbearers include Dale Harryman, Thomas Pargmann, Eric Pena, John Thomas Rudd, Ben Zimmerman, and Timothy Diehl.
