Edna Marie Phillips, 81, of Tyler passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019. She was born August 6, 1937, in Cuero to the late TB & Bernice Phillips, Sr.

She is survived by her brother, TB Phillips, Jr. of Tyler; and sister, Patsy Ann (Eddy) Sandel of Huntsville. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 30, 2019, 1:30 - 2:30 pm at Freund Funeral Home with services to follow.
