Edwin Charles (EC) Brown, 92, of Cuero passed away Monday, October 5, 2020. He was born April 23, 1928 in Cuero to Edwin G. and Ella Koenig Brown.  EC graduated from Cuero High School in 1945.  He served his country in the National Guard for 6 years.  EC worked for Southwestern Bell and retired with 31 years of service.  He was a lifelong member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. He is survived by numerous cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.  EC loved gardening.  He was known for his large garden and orange tree.  He enjoyed giving most of it away.  He had a generous heart and enjoyed visiting with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Cuero Nursing and Rehab, Cuero Hospital and Hospice of South Texas for their care.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church or the donor's choice.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
