Fedencia Barron, 91, of Cuero passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019.  She was born May 18, 1928 in Arneckeville to Anselma Ramirez Ortiz.  She married the late Mateo Barron Sr. in 1955.  Fedencia was a homemaker and enjoyed playing Bingo and working in her garden.

She is survived by her daughter, Zenaida (Wayne) Scroggins; sons, Vidal Barron and John Castillo Jr.; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother; husband; sister, Mary Deleon and brother Mateo Barron Jr.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 11, 2019, 9:00 am at Freund Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 am with Father Jacob Mendoza officiating.  Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery.

Pallbearers include John Castillo III, Jason Trevino, Desmond Deleon, Dylan McKee, David McKee and Hilary Castillo.
