Frankie Ellen Hennessey Preiss, 75, of Cuero passed away Monday, June 8, 2015. She was born November 29, 1939 in Gonzales to the late George Hennessey and Vergie May Ashby. She later went on to marry the love of her life, Marvin Preiss. She is survived by her sons, Robert Wayne Preiss and Richard Lee Sappington, both of Cuero; sisters, Cary Garvel of Cuero, Joyce Ziese of Kingsland, Faye West of Cuero, Louis Treude of Cuero, Mary Ann Ashby of Cuero, and Patty Ashby of Cuero; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband. Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Freund Funeral Home from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at Freund Funeral Home on Friday, June 12, 2015 at 2 pm with Rev. Kenneth Mills officiating.
