Gladys Louise Rentz Morrow, 94, of Cuero passed away Monday, July 9, 2012. She was born on January 25, 1918 in Gonzales County to the late Elbert Houston and Minnie Louise Baker Rentz. She married William Terry Morrow Sr. on June 12, 1937 in Cuero. She was a bookkeeper for Fisher Laundry and Cleaners until retirement. Gladys was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and The Cuero Community Hospital Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children, Terlene Morrow Ocean of Austin, Rosemary Morrow of Austin, William "Bill" Terry Morrow Jr. and wife, Kathy, of Cuero; sons-in-law, Wayne Russell of Cuero, and Larry Balch of Arnold, Maryland; grandchildren, Mark Ocean, David Ocean, Stephen Ocean, and Christine Ocean-Rintala and husband, Pekka, all of Austin, Derek Balch of Arnold, Maryland, Sarah Morrow Turner and husband, Justin, of Austin and Hannah Morrow of Cuero; and great-grandson, Story Ocean of Austin.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her children, Marilyn Morrow Balch and Patsy Morrow Russell; and granddaughter, Emily Michelle Morrow.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 13, 2012 from 6-8 p.m., at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, July 14, 2012, 10 a.m., at Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Gleason officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Mark Ocean, David Ocean, Stephen Ocean, Pekka Rintala, Derek Balch, Justin Turner, and Kolton Smith

Honorary pallbearers include Christine Ocean-Rintala, Sarah Morrow Turner, and Hannah Morrow
