Guadalupe S. Lopez, 60, of Cuero passed away Saturday, January 25, 2020.  He was born December 3, 1959 in Cuero to the late David and Flavia Lopez.  He enjoyed spending time with family, watching sports and movies.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Garibay; nieces, Michele Garibay, Crystal Garibay, Janice Garibay and Teresa Garibay; nephew, Larry (Diane) Garibay, Jr.; great nieces, Shayla Garcia, Briana Langston, Jillian Perez; great nephews, Michael Rodriguez Jr., Dominic Garibay, Benjamin Martinez, David Ray Langston, Xzavior Garcia, Jaelen Garibay, Jayce Gamez, Larry Garibay III, Brian Barbontin, Aidan Ariza, Donovan Perez and Jaelem Perez;  four great-great nieces and three great-great nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, David Lopez, Jr.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020, 9 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.  The Rosary will begin at 9:30 AM, followed by Funeral Mass at 10 AM with Father Jacob Mendoza officiating.  Interment will follow at San Pedro Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Larry Garibay Jr., Xzavior Garcia, Joe Villegas, Johnny Caballero, Allan Barton and Julian Perez Jr.

Honorary Pallbearers include David Ray Langston, Jaelen Garibay, Jayce Gamez, Aidan Ariza, Donovan Perez and Jaelem Perez.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Freund Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
