Harvey Lee Stiles, 58, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2010. He was born Aug. 23, 1951 in Cuero to Don M. Stiles Sr. and the late Juanita 'Nita' Wood Stiles. Harvey received his Bachelor of Animal Science from Texas A&M University and was an order buyer for the cattle industry and Stiles Cattle Company.

He is survived by his parents, Don M. and Mattye Stiles; daughters, Angie Stiles Briggs of Victoria, Kim Stiles Maraggia and husband, Chris, of Inez, JoLeah Stiles of San Diego, Calif., and Julianne Stiles of Cuero; brothers, Don M. Stiles Jr. and wife, Linda, of Cuero and Clint Stiles, and wife, Sue of Cuero; and grandchildren, Weldon Briggs, Riley Briggs, Channing Valigura, and Madison and Baylee Maraggia.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nita Stiles.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, May 23, 2010, at Freund Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bill Hassel and Pastor Bill Cotman officiating.

Pallbearers include Bill Laqua, Richard Gonzales, Jay Bramlette, Blake Dunn, Buddy Blackwell, Marilyn Cheatham, Jim Hartman, and Joe Adams.
