Obituary
Helen E. Goebel, 75, of Cuero, passed away Friday, March 27, 2009. She was born November 30, 1933 in San Antonio to the late Clayton Lee and Elizabeth Adams Finch. She married Weldon R. Goebel in Cuero on June 22, 1952. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church in Cuero.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years; her daughter, Cindy Henry and husband, Randy of Cuero; son, Stephen Goebel and wife, Michelle of Cuero; grandchildren, Clay Henry, Cindy Grant, Kyle Henry, Peyton Goebel and Parker Goebel; and great-grandchildren, Christian Henry and Carson Henry.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be Sunday, March 29, 2009 from 6 to 8 at Freund Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 30, 2009, 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church with Pastor Glenn Robertson officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Hillside Cemetery in Cuero.
