VICTORIA - Helen Goode, 84, of Victoria, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2009. She was born on March 11, 1925, in Omaha, Neb., to the late John Theisen and Nellie Theisen, both of Omaha, Neb. She worked in sales and married the late James Edward Goode Jr. on Aug. 11, 1943, in Omaha, Neb.

She is survived by her daughters, Eddie Sue Chandler, Debbie Boone, Carol and husband Charles Robinson, and Betty and husband Louis Depine, all of Victoria; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, James Edward Goode III; sisters, Violet and Dorothy, both of Omaha, Neb.; brothers, Leroy Theisen, Joseph Theisen, Vincent Theisen, and Stephen Theisen, all of Omaha, Neb.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2009, at Hillside Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Brown officiating.
Pallbearers are Charles Robinson, Chris Robinson, Justin Robinson, Roy (Bubba) Robinson, Jacob Canchola, Ryan Black, and Kenny Matus.
