Howard Pullin, 69, of Cuero passed away August 18, 2012. He was born March 5, 1943 to the late Will and Lola Mae Smart Pullin in Premont, TX. He was previously employed by Gulf Coast Wood Products and The City of Cuero.

He is survived by his wife Lillian Pekar Pullin of Cuero, daughter Brenda Hennig (Tim) of Goliad, grandchildren Amber Pantel (Colby) of Goliad, Jeffrey Saunders Jr. (Jennifer Bailey and daughter Kimberley) of Victoria, and Cody Hennig of Goliad, brothers Larry Pullin (Darlene) of Victoria, Bobby Pullin of Victoria, and sister Shirley Johnson (Cleon) of Victoria.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Edgar Pullin Sr.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 20, 2012 from 6-8 pm with a Rosary starting at 7 pm at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 10 am at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Father David Berger officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Jeffrey Saunders Jr., Colby Pantel, Larry Pullin, Tim Hennig, Edgar Pullin Jr., and Bradley Pullin.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of South Texas, St. Michael's Church, or donor choice.
