Iola "Dolly" Mae Hahn, 80, of Cuero passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013. She was born September 12, 1932 in Shiner to the late Otto and Elsie Flessner Jahn. She married her beloved husband, Albert John Hahn Sr. on February 17, 1952. She worked at Cuero Food Craft for 30 years and was a rancher her whole life. Dolly loved working in her yard and took extra care of her hydrangeas. She also enjoyed bowling, deer hunting, and caring for her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Albert John Hahn, Jr. (Margaret)of Cuero; grandchildren, Mindy Davis (Dwayne) of Georgetown, Clint Hahn (Christi) of Leander, Mark Hahn of Round Rock, and Abigail Hahn of Cuero; great- grandchildren, Lanie and Lexie Davis of Georgetown and Caylee Hahn of Leander.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. with a rosary starting at 7:00 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 5, 2013 at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Father David Berger officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Dorren Clutter, James Hahn, Keith Hahn, David Ibrom, Eugene Ibrom, and Robert Ibrom.
