Jack Breshears Jr., 62, of Cuero passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018. He was born January 23, 1955 in Pasadena to the late Jack Breshears Sr. and Billie Ruth Kreichelt Breshears. Jack married Donna Backus on October 23, 1987 in Pasadena. He worked as a custodian for Cuero Independent School District for many years and enjoyed fishing. Jack loved his family and cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren. Jack is survived by his daughters, Denise Corbin of Cuero and Michelle Jamail, and husband, Damon, of Magnolia; sister, Karla Breshears of Tennessee; and grandchildren, Brandy Corbin of Portland, OR, and Lane and Autumn Jamail of Magnolia. He was preceded in death by his parents; his loving wife; and brothers, Bobby and Wayne Breshears. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Brown officiating. Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. Interment will be at Nursery Cemetery.
