JACOB WADE MCKNIGHT, the Son of Michael Wade McKnight of Cuero and Jolene McKnight of Wichita Falls passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the age of 25.

He is survived by his sister, Jewelian McKnight; grandparents, Frank and Sondra McKnight; step-mother, Michelle Phillips McKnight; uncles, Ryan Robertson and Kyle Robertson and girlfriend Victoria Harris.

Jake was always known for his great sense of humor, quick wit and positive personality. He kept everyone laughing. He attended elementary and junior high school in Henrietta and completed school in Port Aransas. He loved Port "A" and all the friends he made there during his school years and afterwards.

At his passing, Jacob and his family donated his vital organs so that others may live on. The family was notified on May 31, 2022 that his donated organs had already gone to help six different people live. This is truly a living tribute to Jacob.

Jacob's remains will be flown back to Cuero where he will be cremated.  His family will hold a private memorial at a later date to celebrate his life.
