Jerry (Bubba) O. Janca, Jr., 65 of Holiday Beach passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019.  He was born June 21, 1953 in Refugio County to Jerry O. Janca Sr. and Billie J. Schultz.  He served in the Army 82nd Air Borne.  He loved remodeling his home and restoring his yard, making it beautiful.  He loved being on his back porch with his dogs, Molly and BooBoo.

He was survived by his son, Jerry Brandon Janca of Georgetown; sisters, Kathy Schultz (Dennis) of Manor and Stacy Overby (Robert) of Cuero; brother, James P. Janca (Carol Ann) of Cave Creek, AZ; step-sister, Denise Merck (Shane) of Houston; step-brother, Jerry Lee Schultz (Jenny) of Grants Pass, Oregon; Numerous Nieces and Nephews; and his special lady friend, Peggy Goodman.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry O. Janca, Sr.; Step-father, Jerry Lee Schultz, Sr.; and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 24, 2019, 2:00 pm at Freund Funeral Home.
