Jessie Lee Ramirez, 61, of Westhoff passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021.  He was born March 12, 1960 in Westhoff to Lee and Sally Ramirez.   He married Virginia Quinones on August 21, 1992 in Victoria. He enjoyed spending time with all of his family at Sunday Barbecues, Holidays, and especially Easter. His joy was bringing everyone together. He loved collecting antiques and discussing his knowledge of world history. He traveled the world in his young age as an electrician, and later accomplished a journeyman's license. Jessie worked under contract in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2008 and loved sharing numerous stories of his adventures. Jessie's smile and personality made him the life of the party. He was a loving husband, father and Popo to his grandkids. For everyone that knew Jessie Lee Ramirez this gathering is a celebration of his life. Going out in style.

He is survived by his mother, Sally Ramirez; loving wife of twenty nine years, Virginia Ramirez; daughter, Celeste (Omar) Borjon; sons, Jessie Lee (Mercedes) Ramirez, Jr.  and Austin (Serina) Ramirez, both of Gonzales; sisters, Elda Ramirez and Alfredo Villarreal and Mary Ramirez, all of Westhoff; brothers, David Ramirez and Ray Ramirez, both of Westhoff; brother-in-law, Ernest Rodriguez, Sr.; grandchildren, Shelby, Omar Jr. and Liliana Borjon, Abram and Liam Ramirez of Gonzales, Davien and Ayden Ramirez of Victoria.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Ramirez and sister, Rosa Linda Rodriguez.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 19, 2021, 1PM at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Westhoff with a rosary to begin at 1:30 PM.  Funeral Mass will begin at 2 PM with Father Richard Bediako officiating.  Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Jessie Ramirez Jr., Austin Ramirez, Ray Ramirez, Jimmy Rivera, Joe Diaz, Elias Diaz, Omar Borjon, Lee Ramirez and Ernest Rodriguez, Jr.
