Jo Ann Dolezal, 58, of Westhoff passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021.  She was born April 13, 1963 in Shiner to Ben Rivera, Sr. and Isabel Castillo Rivera.  She married Glen Dolezal on July 14, 1984 in Shiner.  She was a caring mother and wife.  She was always active in her children's activities whether it be in school or 4-H related.  She enjoyed helping her husband and kids raise goats and show goats.  She was a kind and spirited person, cheering everyone on.  Jo Ann worked in food service for Cuero ISD.  She was an honest and hard worker in everything she did in life.  Her positive and outgoing personality would brighten up the room.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Glen Dolezal; daughter, Robin Dolezal; son, Nickolas Dolezal and brother, Ben (Phyllis) Rivera, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021, 9 AM at St. Michaels Catholic Church with a rosary to begin at 9:30 am.  Funeral Mass will follow at 10 AM with Father Jacob Mendoza officiating.
