Joan King Hernandez, 60, of Victoria, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2010. She was born Dec. 27, 1949, in Cuero.

She is survived by her
husband, Robert Hernandez of
Victoria; stepmother, Corinne
King of Cuero; son, Richard
McCormick (Jennifer) of
Baumholder, Germany; sister,
Jo-Ann Ortman of Smiley;
brother, Al King of Sweet
Home; and grandchildren,
Jimmy Lee McCormick, Danny
Wayne McCormick, and Wyatt
William McCormick.

She was preceded in death by
her parents, Willard King and
Annie Louise Ortman King;
son, Jerry Lee Shuler; and
brother, Robert Perrin.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m.
Monday, June 28, 2010, with a
rosary to be recited at 7 p.m., at
Freund Funeral Home in
Cuero.

A graveside service will be
held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June
29, 2010, at St. Aloysius Catholic
Cemetery in Westhoff, with
Deacon Tony Warzecha
officiating.
