Joy Lynn Branham Hoy, 48, of Meyersville lost her battle with cancer on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.  She was born January 23, 1976 in Jacksonville, FL to Kenneth and Kathy Allen Branham.  Joy attended Victoria High School and graduated in 1994.  Joy married the love of her life, Jason Hoy on June 8, 1996 in Meyersville. She was the secretary at First Presbyterian Church in Cuero where she loved to share her Love for God.  She was an amazing mother to their three children.  She was the light in the room and always had a smile on her face.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Jason Hoy; her three children, Brett, Madeline and Zachary Hoy; her mother, Kathy Branham; her brothers, Lee Branham (Kami) and Kenneth Branham, Jr. and many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Branham and her grandparents on both sides.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 24, 2024, 4:00 – 6:00 PM at Freund Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 25, 2024, 10:00 AM at First Presbyterian Church in Cuero with Dr. Rev. Kevin Boyd officiating.  Interment will follow at St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Meyersville.
