Joyce Lorraine Nelms, 75, of Trinity formerly of Cuero passed away Friday, October 28, 2016. She was born October 31, 1940 in Kountze to Homer and Jewel Green. Joyce was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Allen Gallaway (Susan) of Cuero, Darrell Ray Gallaway of Trinity; daughter, Debra Kay Gallaway of Moulton; granchildren, Wesley Gallaway, Sarah Gallaway, Austin Gallaway, Stacey Dworaczyk, Brandon Herrmann, Kristen Herrmann, Brittany Gallaway, Richard Gallaway, Ashley Gallaway, David Gallaway and Mark Gallaway; 18 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mildred Gibson, Faye Paddy and Betty Fuson.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Freund Funeral Home at 1 p.m. with Funeral Services to begin at 2 p.m. with Pastor Terry Brown officiating. Interment to follow at Nelms Cemetery in Concrete.
