Kathleen Janet Ramsey, 89, of Cuero passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014.  She was born August 16, 1924 in Cuero, Texas to the late Charles and Beatrice (Tolbert) Franke.

She is survived by her sons, Herb Ramsey Jr. (Valerie) and Charles Ramsey (Minyon); grandchildren, Christian Ramsey of Abilene, Sarah Bounds (Mike) of Weatherford, Bryce Ramsey (Amber) of Hallettsville, Clint Ramsey of Tomball, and Shelly & Jeff Downum of Columbus; and great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Konig, Jacqueline Konig, Ashliegh Bounds, Ann Ramsey, Preston Ramsey, John Ramsey, Kylynne Ramsey, Jacob Downum, Carissa Downum, and Yancey Downum.

She was proceeded in death by her parents; son, Monte Ramsey; and sister, Charlice McElroy.

Visitation will be held Sunday, March 16, 2014 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Freund Funeral Home.  Services will follow visitation at 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Brown officiating.  Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Bryce Ramsey, Clint Ramsey, and Jerry Hoffman
