Kenneth Jackson, 50, of Cuero, passed away Friday, Dec. 25, 2009. He was born Sept. 21, 1959, in Cuero, to Tillman Jackson and Iola Mae Jackson, both of Cuero. He worked for Lantz Tire Company.

He is survived by his parents; wife, Georgia Brawley Jackson; daughters, Casey Jackson and Kimberly Lang, both of Cuero; sons, Kenneth Jackson Jr. and Kenny Lang, both of Cuero; sisters, Cora Franklin of Cuero, Sheryl Jackson Whitfield of Cuero, Annie Gibbs of Cuero, Laura Collins of Kentucky, Evelyn Warfield of Cuero, and Judy Gray of Cuero; brothers, James Jackson Sr. and Donald Jackson, both of Cuero; seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Elisa Sampleton, and brother, Tillman Jackson Jr.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, at Freund Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009, at Freund Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lou Terry Jackson officiating. Burial will be at Thomaston Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Cliff Lantz, Clayton Lantz, Lance Smith, Bennie Estrada, Eli Sampleton, Kenny Lang, and Joe Juarez.
