Obituary
Leofrice Tilley Sr. , 97, of Cuero, passed away Friday, December 15, 2017. He was born February 14, 1920 to the late Rufus and Rosa Belle Tilley. Leo spent his whole life working cattle in both Westhoff and Cuero. He was a loving grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family.
Leo is survived by his step daughters, Beatrice Herron of Cuero and Margy Brown of Pasadena, CA; son, Leofrice Tilley Jr. of Cuero; step sons, Steve Turner of Cuero, Cornell Turner of Houston, and Wardell Chapman of Cuero;sister, Lilly Walker of San Antonio; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded by his parent and his brother, James Tilley.
Visitation will be held Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will immediately follow at 11 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Westhoff Cemetery.
