Leonard Royal Enoch died on Thursday July 7, 2011 at Hallettsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Hallettsville, Texas. He was born on January 15, 1926 to William and Josephine Enoch. Leonard married Elsie Lee North of Hallettsville on September 7, 1947.

Leonard and Elsie gave birth to seven children, Kathryn Elizabeth, Kenneth Royal, James Albert, Carolyn Virginia, Ethel Denice, Lynette Rochelle, and William Edward. They all reside in Texas.

Leonard was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, two sisters, Helen Mike and Willie Washington, one brother, Willard Enoch, one grandson, Jadeaus Cory Craton and two nephews, Johnnie Mike and Weldon Washington.

The family of Leonard Enoch wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to all the friends and relatives who expressed encouragement and loving concern during this most difficult time.

A special thanks to all who cared for and took out time to visit with him at Hallettsville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and Lavaca Medical Center.

In addition, the Enoch children wish to express warm gratitude to the Lavaca Medical Center's staff that attended to their father's care during his hospitalization.

Appreciation also goes out to their employers and accounts who allowed them the time needed to comfort their father during his final days.

Leonard will be missed by his family and many relatives and friends.

A Memorial in his behalf was held on Saturday July 9, 2011 at 2:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Shiner, TX.
