Marsha K. Zengerle Baacke, 68, of Cuero joined her beloved husband Donny on their path to eternity, Sunday, November 4, 2018.  She was born September 6, 1950 in Cuero, to the late Wayne and Delores Egg Zengerle.  Marsha was an accountant for Dewitt Electric Coop for 31 years.  She was also a rancher with a love for hummingbirds.

Marsha is survived by daughter; Charlotte Krause and David Aitkens of Cuero; son, Levi (Kate) Krause of Cuero; brother, Robert Zengerle of Meyersville; sister, Donna Hickey of Meyersville; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Baacke; parents; nephew, Clint Reynolds; and grandparents, Helen and Oswald Zengerle and W.C and Bertha Wendel Egg.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Barbara Beale officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church or Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
