Marvin Franklin "Frank" Upchurch, 59, of Waynesboro, Georgia, formerly of Victoria, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2015. He was born July 16, 1955 in Floydada to Thomas Melvin and Fannie Sue Upchurch. Marvin married Linda Karen Smith on May 28, 1993 in San Antonio. He is survived by his devoted wife, Linda Upchurch; daughters, Jennifer Hilbrich (Brandon) of San Antonio and Tristan Upchurch of Port Lavaca; son, William Upchurch of Victoria; sister, Susie Foster of Cleburne; brothers, Thomas Upchurch (Carla) of Lake Tawakoni and Joe Upchurch; and grandchildren, Benton Roberts of Port Lavaca and Kason Hilbrich of San Antonio. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be Tuesday, February 10, 2015, 1:30 p.m., at Freund Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Westhoff Cemetery in Westhoff. Pallbearers include Jay Cooley, Jim Barta, John Smith, Shane Smith, Marshall Atkins, and Tyler Kimbrel.
