Mary Ann Aldridge, 68, of Cuero passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, January 13, 2024.  She was born June 30, 1955 in Bentonville, AR to William and Mary Nell Davison Thurman.  She met James Allen Aldridge while serving on Jury Duty.  They got married on June 21, 2003 in a Reno, NV courthouse.  She was always smiling and would be there for anyone in need. She enjoyed politics and loved her dogs, Dogi and Daisy.

She is survived by her husband, James; daughter, Kristi Thompson; son, Christopher Johnson; sister, Kathy Laneill; brothers, Dean Thompson and Dell Thompson and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 3, 2023, 1:00 PM at Freund Funeral Home.  Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 PM with Pastor Haynes Searcy officiating.
