Michael "Mike" G. Wilkinson, 64, passed away November 27, 2015. He was born October 14, 1951 in Beeville, Texas to Ted and Nell Wilkinson. He married Pamela Dawn Hartman on May 17, 1975 in Beeville, Texas. Mike was a Transportation Mechanic for the Cuero Independent School District for 32 years. He was also Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department in Fannin, a Royal Ambassador Instructor, CPR certified and an avid fisherman. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Wilkinson; daughter, Linda Dvorak of Shiner; sister, Yvonne Norris (John) of Victoria; grandchildren, Ty Dvorak and Daylin Dvorak of Yoakum. He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Edward Warren. Visitation will be Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held Friday, December 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Skidmore, Pastor Mike Whitfield, officiating. Pallbearers include John Norris, Gabriel Norris, Randy Tracy, Ricky Bohac, Butch Tolbert and Wilson Judd. Honorary pallbearers are James Colburn, Ty Dvorak and Leslie Parr. Memorial Contributions may be made to Fannin Volunteer Fire Department or Trailhead Cowboy Church, Goliad, Texas.
