Obituary
Ocy Olan Shows, 74, of Cuero, passed away Friday, June 3, 2011. He was born Aug. 2, 1936, to the late Ocy P. Shows and Orene Castlo Shows.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Shows; daughter, Donna Shelton of Cuero; son, Bobby Shows of Cuero; sister, Tessie Ponton of Yoakum; brothers, Carlan Shows and Ronald Shows, both of Victoria; grandchildren, Randal Shelton (Courtney) and Brandon Baros, both of Cuero; and great-grandchild, Damien Lavery of Cuero.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Wayne Shows.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2011, at Freund Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2011, at Freund Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Terry Brown officiating. Burial will be at Lindenau Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Brandon Baros, Randal Shelton, Dustin May, James May, Clarance Strait, and Tommy Pargmann.
Honorary pallbearers include Bud St. Clair, Clifton St. Clair, Bobby Shows, and Donald Albrecht.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or donor's choice.
