Olivia Olguin Garza, 59, of Cuero passed away Friday, July 23, 2021. She was born August 11, 1961 in Cuero to Richard and Minerva Sanchez Olguin. She worked as a CNA and enjoyed playing bingo. Olivia had a deep love for family especially with her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed spending time with her grandsons who meant the most to her.

She is survived by her father, Richard Olguin; daughter, Jessica Olguin (Dustin Perez); son, Mark Olguin; sisters, Amanda (Finnian Patton) Olguin, Rose Mary Olguin, Ofelia (Ruben) Madrigal, Lydia (Randy) Castro; brothers, Johnny Olguin, Guillermo Olguin and Eugene Olguin; grandchildren, Aaron Hernandez, Daelyn Perez and D'siah Perez.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Minerva Sanchez Olguin; brothers, Richard Olguin, Jr. and Robert Olguin and niece, Laura Mungia.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 29, 2021, 9 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the rosary to begin at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Jacob Mendoza officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Devin Patton, D'Ary Patton, Aaron Hernandez, Johnathon Madrigal, Raynaldo Madrigal and Erik Castro.

Honorary Pallbearers include Daelyn Perez, D'siah Perez and Lisa Quinterro.
