Pedro 'Pete' Pena, 48, of Westhoff passed away Saturday, January 7, 2012. He was born August 2, 1963 in Westhoff to Santos Torres Pena. He married Jill Allison Pena on December 10, 2002 in Yorktown.

He is survived by his parents, Santiago and Santos Torres Pena of Westhoff; wife, Jill Allison Pena of Westhoff; daughter, Marisela Garcia of Houston; son, Joshua Allison Pena of Westhoff; sisters, Linda Garcia and husband, Gelasio, of Cuero, Elnora Pena and husband, Joseph, of Grand Prairie, Rita Clark and husband, Gerald, of Cuero, Lily Pena and husband, D.P. Louis of Leander, Mary Luisa Perez of Cuero, Rosana Gonzales and husband, Reynolfo Sr., Tina Quinterro of Cuero, Hilda Juarez and husband, Joey, of Cuero, and Olga Jackson of Cuero; brothers, Santos Pena of Kyle, Joe Pena of Westhoff, and Santiago Pena, Jr. of Lubbock; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Refugio and Michaela Pacheco and Pedro and Donisia Torres; sister, Rose Ann Saenz; and biological father, Leo Quinterro.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, January 11, 2011, 10 a.m., at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Westhoff with Father David Berger officiating. Interment will follow at St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Gerald Clark, Gelasio Garcia, Sr. Gelasio Garcia, Jr., D.P. Louis, Robert Ramirez, David Ramirez, Robert Mata, and Julian Perez, Jr.

Honorary pallbearers include Corey Clark, Geraldo Garcia, Mickey Hernandez, Jesse Gonzales, Jr., and Norma Mata.
