Raleigh "Mark" Chaddock, 70, of Cuero passed away Friday, February 3, 2023.  He was born August 12, 1952 in Cuero to the late Temple Kaye "TK" and Julia Lenore Martin Chaddock.  Mark proudly served in the United States Army.  He embraced life as a cowboy and had an immense love for animals.  He loved writing poetry and enjoyed competing in team roping and Mexican charreadas.

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Elizabeth Chaddock if Newport Beach, CA; sisters, Rebecca Lynn Leick of Austin and Ruth Anne Chaddock of Cuero and grandchildren, Joseph B. Winkelmann IV and Julia R. Winkelmann both of Newport Beach, CA.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023, 1:00 PM at St. John Lutheran Church in Lindenau.  Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 PM with Rev. Lou Terry Jackson officiating.  Interment will follow at Lindenau Community Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Joe Price, Joe Winkelmann IV, Raley Morrow, Donnie Chaddock, Marilyn Cheatham and Stanley Martin.

Honorary Pallbearers include Tommy Sealy, Stanley Moore, David Nyegard, Wayne Green, Lynn Haferkamp, Eddie Davis and Roger Leick.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Cuero FFA.
