Randall "Randy" Layh, 62, of Cuero, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015. He was born October 21, 1952 in O'Neill, NE to the late Clayton and Geraldene Layh. He married the love of his life, Julie Freyer Layh, in Corpus Christi on February 25, 1972. He was a US Navy Veteran and was a graduate of Texas A&M Corpus Christi. He was also a Texas Prison Ministry volunteer. He always enjoyed time spent with family, being outdoors, and believed "people" are most important.

He is survived by his beloved wife; daughter, Christine Layh (Robert) of Corpus Christi; sister, Tina Layh Cody (Gary); brothers, Rick Layh (Sylvia) and Mike Layh (Mary); and grandchildren, Logan, Kurt, William, and Kaili, all of Corpus Christi.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Cuero on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 10 am with Rev. Paul Beard officiating. Interment will be held at Seaside Memorial Park & Funeral Home in Corpus Christi on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 1 pm.
