Robert Lee Boston, 64, of Kingsland passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012. He was born April 6, 1948 in San Antonio to Elaine Wilkinson Boston and the late Joe Boston. He married Brenda Hicks on December 3, 1974 in San Antonio. Robert served in the United States Army and received outstanding awards for top salesman at Transtar. He enjoyed fishing and barbecuing.

He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Brenda Boston of Kingsland; his mother, Elaine Boston of Westhoff; daughters, Lisa Boston of San Antonio and Stephanie Boston of Austin; and grandchildren, Kate Dombrowski of Connecticut and River Presley Nesloney of San Antonio.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Boston.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 4, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2012, 2 p.m., at Freund Funeral Home, 213 N Gonzales, Cuero, Texas with Pastor Don Snyder and Pastor Will Gilliam officiating. Interment will follow at Westhoff Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Doug Garett, Davey Garett, David Garett, Jo-Ed Settlemyer, Josh Settlemyer, and Miller Settlemyer. Honorary pallbearers include Jacki Kleschnick, Randy May, and Amado Ochoa.
