Obituary
Rowena Katherine Engbrock, 97, longtime resident of Cuero passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 19, 2013. She was born on March 25, 1916 in Marion, Texas to the late Max and Hermina Scheffel Heinsohn.
She is survived by her sister, Lore Schneider, of New Braunfels and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 67 years, Anthony Joseph Engbrock; and their son, Anthony Joseph Engbrock II.
The family wishes to thank the nurses and aides at Whispering Oaks for her care in her last years.
A graveside service and burial will be Tuesday, October 22, 2013, 11 a.m., at St. James Catholic Cemetery in Seguin.
