Ruth Darlene Mueller, 85, of Cuero passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020.  She was born on July 30, 1935 in Sweet Home to the late Willis Augustine and Adella Freytag Sawey.  She married John F. Mueller in 1982.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, John; step-daughters, Zina Mueller Pena and Jennifer Mueller Soliz; sons, Andrew V. (Debbie) Gast, Anthony G. Gast and Aaron M. (Kimberley) Gast; sister, Patricia May Townsend; nineteen grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.

Pallbearers include Jason Pena, Joey Pena, Julian Pena, Christopher Soliz and David Danish Jr.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 3, 2020, 9 AM, at Freund Funeral Home with Funeral Services to begin at 10 AM with Pastor Terry Brown officiating.  Interment will follow at Hochheim Prairie Hermann Sons Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Assurance Church in Concrete.
