Sandra Marie O'Neal Parker, 68, of Cuero passed away Monday, March 13, 2017. She was born March 12, 1949 in Nixon to the late Cleburn Hugh O'Neal and Ava Stewart O'Neal. She is survived by her husband, Dwayne Parker; daughters, Tina Parker Saenz (Mark) of West Columbia and Laura Parker Jordan (Billy) of Cuero; grandson, Samuel Jordan of Cuero; brother in law, Arnold Pouncy of Wrightsboro and sister, Sue O'Neal Wishert of Gonzales. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Shirley O'Neal Pouncy. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Freund Funeral Home. Services will be Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Freund Funeral Home with Pastors Kenneth Parker and Grady Arnold officiating. Interment to follow at the Alexander Cemetery .
